how to program fpga:

1. connect jtag and power on WLP.
2. start ISE iMPACT.
3. File->New project, click ok.
4. on Device programming properties
		select Verify
		select Erase before programming
		select Read protect
		select during configuration:prom is configuration master, select Internal clock (20M)
		click ok
		
5. right click xcf16p, select assign new configuration file, select fpga.msc file.
6. right click xcf16p, select program.
7. end, restart WLP.
